Postpartum Home Visit
Description
This home visit is geared toward people who have given birth, had a miscarriage or abortion within the last 1-3 months. If it has been longer it may still be reasonable to do a home visit. We can discuss prior to booking. Sarah will come to your home armed with aromatic healing herbs, healing hands and experience as a parent. I can also offer health coaching: including breathing exercises and movement, help with meal planning and generally support you on your path of recovery. We'll need a comfortable place to receive bodywork (I do not travel with a mat), access to an outlet, a bath towel or two, hand towels, a warm robe and plenty of fluids. **There may be a travel fee associated with locations requiring more drive time than I have allotted for this booking. This will be discussed after I have received your information. I can bill health insurance for one hour of bodywork per covered person (see insurance info on my website). You will be responsible for copays/coinsurance and the remainder of the fees associated with the visit. This visit requires a non-refundable deposit at booking. If there is a cancellation within 48 hours, we can move the appointment once before a new deposit is needed.
