Auto accident claims:

Please schedule 90 minutes for first visit and 60 minutes for subsequent visits. Even if you're already established in my practice this would be for a new injury. 

Health insurance:

Standard appointments are 1 hour. If you want a longer session, the remaining time can be paid out of pocket. Example: 90 minute visit when you have a $15 copay for an hour session. Cost would be $15 copay + the fee for 30 minutes session. 

 

If you have coverage but I am out of network for your insurance, I can provide a superbill with insurance codes that you can use to apply directly to them for reimbursement. Please let me know during the appointment. When we do checkout I will add codes to the invoice and you can download them from your Noterro profile.
